INFORMATION ON DONATIONS

Sunset Events & The Ticket Group, which incorporates moshtix, are honoured to be able to assist the local communities and families devastated by the WA bush fires.

We invite those Southbound 2016 ticket holders who have expressed interest in making a donation, to donate their ticket refund or any other nominated amount by clicking on the newly set up ‘SOUTHBOUND FIRE FUNDRAISER DONATIONS PAGE which will be live from Monday. We also encourage those who simply want to make a one off donation to also do so with all proceeds going to the ‘Lord Mayors Distress Relief Fund – Waroona and Districts Fire Relief Appeal 2016’.

While the fires are currently under control and Forrest Highway has reopened we would like to remind everyone of the devastation that has fallen on whole towns including Yarloop which was one of the worst areas hit.  Your generosity will go towards helping these communities to rebuild their lives and homes however we understand this is a very personal decision and appreciate any donations from people who both purchased tickets or did not via this new event page.

Please be aware that this donation page is hosted by The Ticket Group, therefore your moshtix login account details won’t work. If you wish to make a donation, please ensure you create a new account.

INFORMATION ON REFUNDS

Refunds for Southbound 2016 ticket purchasers will commence on Monday 18th January 2016.

If you purchased your ticket online or over the phone through moshtix, your refund will go back to the credit card/PayPal account that you used to purchase the tickets. You should see funds returned to your account within 3-5 business days. If the refund fails (i.e. your card is expired or account closed etc), moshtix will be in contact with you directly to arrange your refund.

If you purchased your ticket from a moshtix retail outlet you will need to return to the outlet with your ticket to receive your refund. If you purchased industry tickets, please return your physical ticket to the person you bought the ticket from to arrange your refund.
