THE GROUNDS
The carpark is located on a farm next to the festival venue. The farm is flat but the ground consists of dry grasses with some relatively sandy spots.

The festival site and campgrounds consists of several flat-grassed playing fields, which are in good condition. 

PARKING
If accompanied by a carer and you AREN’T camping, you may park in the Accessible Parking Area near the bus turnaround near the main gate. Turn into Gate B off Vasse Highway and advise security that you are parking in the Accessible Parking Area. Please look for the accessible parking signs.

NOTE: you must have an accessible sticker on your car, otherwise you will be turned away. 

CAMPING
If you are camping, please enter the carpark at Gate C and proceed to the Accessible Parking area adjacent to the Camp Gate.

If you are having problems getting around on the sandy soil near the Camp Gate, then seek the assistance of a Festival staff member.

There is one dedicated accessible toilet in the campgrounds (see further info below) and the open air communal showers are accessible.

 

TOILETS
Three accessible toilets will be located on site. These toilets will not be available to the general public and will be kept locked. The toilets will be located:

  • beside the Info Point near the main gate. The key will be available from the staff at the Info Point.
  • beside the first aid post in Base Camp. The key will be available from the first aid post.
  • beside the first aid post in Campsite West C. The key will be available from the first aid post.

MEDICAL SUPPORT
There will be four first aid posts on site. Check the festival map (which will be loaded on to the website closer to the event) for locations.

PASSOUTS
If you require a passout for medical reasons, please contact the Sunset Events office on
(08) 9336 2837 or info@sunsetevents.com.au with your details so that your name may be registered on the passout list at the gate.

CARERS
If you are unable to attend the Festival without a companion to provide care support, you will only be charged for 1 ticket to the event. You will need to proceed to the box office, whereby the companion card (with photo ID) needs to be presented and a ticket will be provided for your companion at no charge.

ISSUES
For any issues you may have regarding accessibility and for further information head to the Cloak/Info Point located near the main gate.
